this was terrible. people were nice but they couldn’t even cover the whole nail. the paint fell off and they didn’t fix it. i asked for an accent nail with blended glitter. they drew a crooked line without blending. nails weren’t equal in size. terrible. never go here.

WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN!! The owner put me out BECAUSE I NICELY ASKED THEM TO USE A NEW PUMICE STONE on my feet!! Just FYI, I am a licensed Nail technician & I know better!! Pumice stones are porous therefore they can not be properly disinfected! He looked me dead in my face and said “we can’t use new everything on everybody because it costs. If you want to use new stuff, bring your own stuff..” I AM DISGUSTED.

I really enjoy coming here. My nails always look good, and they last a long time. The owners are friendly and professional. Great place to relax.

Pedicure was rushed. Barely recieved a massage during my pedicure. She simply rubbed lotion on my leg for about 2min and wrapped my pedicure up. Not friendly. Spoke with the owner to inform of my disapproval with my pedicure before leaving. Came back the next day to get toes polished again because the white police turned into a dirty brown. I was treated as if I hadn't just spent 60.00 on my daughter and I pedicure the day before. I was told that they will wait on the paying customers 1st and for me to wait. After waiting over 30 minutes. I informed them that I would never spend a dime in their shop anymore and left. On top of the treatment I recieved. They also seem to cater more to Caucasian customers than the African Americans who spend just asmuch money. When a Caucasian enters the Facility its an immediate hello can I help you. When African Americans come in most have to speak up and ask is someone avaliable for the services they are requiring. I was also told by one of the workers to always tip in cash because when customers leave tips on their credit card receipts. The owners would not give them all to them. Therfore I would suggest anyone thinking of going to Nail Tech ..DON'T. They only value some of their customers. Not all of their customers
