I would give zero stars if I could. Have never been treated so poorly in my life. I wish I would have read the reviews on this salon prior to spending money there. I went in on a Tuesday, this salon is very small, and seemed to be an older couple who ran it. The actual experience, getting my nails and toes done, was not the best but definitely not the worst. I was there for a full set of pink and whites and a pedicure. My pedicure was just like any, Jimmy was nice. My nails, turned out decent, again, his wife who was doing my nails, was also nice. After about 2-3 days, the GEL top coat, that they charged an extra $5 for, was peeling off in "sheets". I planned to call and let them know, maybe the polish was expired, or it wasn't actually gel, I wasn't sure. Mind you; I work in front of a computer all day, I am not hard on my nails. All of the acrylic powder started to lift on the sides of each nail. Literally, all 10 fingers. I made a phone call and spoke to the wife who had done my nails, explained to her what was happening, and she kindly asked me to come by the salon for her to give them a look. I let her know that I am not from the area, that I work there once a week, and could come in Tuesday evening when I get off. She said that was fine. So Tuesday, I go in around 4-4:30, to find that only Jimmy was there working. And his teenage son, I'm assuming. Who stood there and stared at me the whole time, giving me dirty looks as I was calmly explaining the issue I was having with my nails. Jimmy asked me to sit, that he had to do 2 pedicures and 2 manicures before he could get to me. I asked to just have the nails removed, since they were half way off already. After sitting for about 10 minutes, Jimmy asked me if I could come back another day, specifically the next day, which was 4th of July. I let him know, again, that I'm not from the area, and that I wouldn't be back until the following week. He proceeded to keep repeating that my nails were not coming off, that they were lifting, and that was normal. That is not normal. Especially for pink and whites. In fact, this has never happened to me before, so I can only assume it's the product they are using, or the technique. To make a long story short, Jimmy was not rude to me, he just couldn't understand me, and was getting frustrated. During my conversation with him, I kept reiterating, if you are happy with the way my nails look after a week, then fine, I'm not gonna argue. The 2 customers he had at the time, began to involve themselves in my conversation, saying things like "I bet you do this everywhere you go" which is completely not true. It takes a lot for me to complain. I expect when i pay good money for a service, that it lasts me longer than a few days. His teenage son started involving himself, questioning me about how many times I'd been to this salon, and other irrelevant questions. Jimmy asked me to "not listen to him, he is a kid." At this point, I could feel myself getting extremely angry and quite upset. I left. Needless to say, I would NEVER return to this salon. And I would recommend saving your money, and going elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I took a picture of my nails, before I went to another salon to have them taken off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Love this place!!♥️ They did an awesome job. I chipped my nail after they were done the day before, and the fixed it with no problem. Love the designs in my nails. Thank you

I love Jimmy's Nails. I dont go anywhere else. Jimmy and Lynn both do a great job. :)
