Suggestion, the person answering the phone needs to take appointments. Not everyone uses computers for everything they do. The wait when I called was 10-15 minutes, before I could get there it was 45 minutes. I have a work schedule to keep, all you had to do was pencil me in. Update, after I wrote the review and 15 minutes of waiting I am now up to a 58 minute wait remaining, unbelievable.
Yes, I tried to use my “phone” to “check in”.You know that a phone is used to make a call with, right? Going “digital” is not an excuse for poor customer service.

Haircut was good and stylist was nice. The wait time I was given while checking in online was extremely inaccurate.

Walked through the door and was immediately greeted with wonderful customer service. The wait time was bare minimum and I was helped quickly before I even knew it. 5 stars, will definitely be ditching my old stylist and keeping Tricia as my new full time stylist!

I always enjoy their MVP package, and never leave disappointed with the service. Kayce is absolutely amazing, and always engaging. She also did a great job with my 5 year old son. They also always greet you when you walk in the door - it stands out.
