I have never posted such a horrible review on a company until now. This review is based on the quality of work, not my feelings about how nice they are. Yes they are nice people. But their work is horrible and being nice does not mean it's ok to waste people's money. This place is inexpensive and it shows in the quality of your nails. Manicures are poorly done. I tried them 3 times and each time it was horrible. They either put too many coats on a manicure making it impossible to dry within a reasonable amount of time (2 hours!!). They shook the polish too much so I had bubbles in my nails. And they do not adequately brush your nail dust off before polishing so you end up with nail dust in your polish. They do a bad job trimming your cuticles. If you are able to see your toes well, you can see goop, bubbles, crooked edges and untrimmed cuticles. Their polish selection is old and dirty. If the polish is so old that it becomes thick, perhaps its time to add new inventory and stop providing poor service and junk materials on paying customers. I truly despise this place. Waste of time and money.

Tammy, Tee and Kevin have been consistently awesome since I started going to Saturia five years ago. Always warm and welcoming, and a high attention to detail - they are the best!

Sitting here getting a pedicure. This is my 1st time here and the lady that is doing my pedicure is clearly upset with someone. She is not concerned at all about my pedicure. She is complaining to the lady working next to me. She is rough with my feet and seems to be frustrated that I didn’t want to upgrade to the top package. Not coming back again

Tee was great over the phone with my booking, very welcoming and warm. Kevin was professional and patient. Tracy was kind and sweet. It was a good experience start to finish.

Very nice and efficient! Great job on my nails and wonderful relaxing pedicure. Helen took great care of me!
