This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes they do amazing others I feel as if you get someone who just doesn’t pay attention or rushes and that is something I don’t appreciate. I do my nails at home better than when o go to get pampered and that shouldn’t be the case.

I went today and usually I’m satisfied but today I wasn’t. Mike did my nails and he was way to rough on my hands. He cut my nails way to short instead of how I wanted them. I have two bleeding toes and two of my nails hurt at the touch. I called and told them about it and was told to go back. All he did was spray alcohol on my hands and told me the pain I was feeling was normal. Personally, I don’t my nails done by him anymore, it was a waste of money.

I was extremely impressed with the new staff, and I didn't wait long to be serviced. Mike did a great job!
