I usually love going here because the guy(the owner) I believe is always so nice and I've never had any issues with my services BUT this last time I went (Sunday)I was not happy with the (African American) lady who did my full set. The nails are sloppy the french tips are a mess. I was in there for four hours so I didn't have time to sit there and complain but DO NOT go to her. However I LOVED the young lady who did my pedicure I can not remember her name but she has very short hair she took her time and really gave me my $25 worth and she waited until AFTER she was done to check her phone. Word of advice train the lady on better customer service and quality of work.

This place is terrible. I try to stay away from writing negative reviews, but I don’t want people to waste their money, time and energy. I went here 4 times in a span of 5 days to get my nails fixed from the horrible job they did. I got an acrylic gel nail set and the entire nail polish peeled off two days after I got them done and every time I came back the gel chipped on another nail. I don’t even want to go back to get it fixed again because I’m tired of wasting my time and energy. Currently sitting in another salon hoping this last. Smh.

Worst nightmare ever! This lady took 2 hours to only do a fill in, and my nails looked lumpy, crooked, and the polish was horrible. I don't know if she was new or not, but she definitely didn't have no clue of what to do. I immediately came back the next day and waited on them to open so they could re-do my fill in. They opened late that morning, had an attitude because they knew it was me from the night before, and then told me i would still have to pay again because he wasn't the one that messed up my nails. I told him to let me take a before and after picture then before he start, and he immediately told me he wouldn't charge me. I would never return back to this place!!

Now called Magnifique Nail Salon. I went for a full set and they're nice but they're one of those salons that don't understand that all styles do not look good on every customer. I asked for thin, narrow, and square round (very basic) on my nails. This is the first place that just could not get it right. They DO NOT seem very experienced. Needless to say, I left there w/ unfinished nails after spending 2 hours in there because there was only 3 staff members and 2 of them couldn't do what I asked. Respectfully, I paid for them trying.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS! THEN THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR WRONG DOINGS! THEY CLEARLY STATED THAT THEY Do NOT CARE ABOUT LOSING CUSTOMERS!
