They over charge every single time. They’ll say the price is one thing on be phone and charge $5 or $10 more every time and they suck at doing even basic nails

Went in to get my nails done for my wedding, they turned out full of bubbles, i told them they looked awful and all they did was paint over it with normal nail polish and still charged me for normal price. Within 4 days my nails were already lifting, my pedicure was aweful as well, i wanted to relax as my wedding was in less than 2 days and the lady would not stop talking to me after i told her i wanted to relax. We also made appointments and none of us got in on time or even sat next to each other. By far the worst experience i have ever had.

Kim is always happy go lucky. Does an excellent job:) Been going for a long time off and on. I do gel nails. I highly recommend her.

Awful. The young man who did my nails was so rough and unfriendly- more like a robot who didn't know what he was doing. I was there on Friday and since he put the polish on so thick it is all peeling off on its own and this is Sunday. I side with another woman - he was filing my fingers as much as my nails.
The nail salon in Sault Ste Marie is clean, spacious, you are offered water or another soft drink - a totally relaxing experience versus that rush job. Too bad I decided to try the Midland one since I had a graduation party down there. Never again. A waste of time.

I have been to this establishment three times. Once in high school for prom which I was not happy with. The second time for my wedding which the gentleman did a great job. But this last time was not good either. I had a shellac manicure. The woman rushed my nails. She had the shellac passed my cuticles and on my skin. I didn’t want to pull on it for fear of tearing or chipping the polish. I have been told to go Kim when coming here but it is hard to get an appointment with her. My friend who came with me had a set of nails put on and she was not happy with the outcome either. He didn’t go down to the cuticle with the shellac and he chipped a nail and just painted over it. If you go here see Kim. From what I hear she is the one you want doing your nails
