They made me wait an entire hour just to remove 8 nails that I had, there was only one other customer there and 3 nail techs. The young nail tech literally was more concerned about her phone then anything. My nails were so grown out that I didn’t even have to soak them to get them off. They really could easily pop off without soaking.
I ended up sitting there to watch the old tech keeping walking by doing nothing and the young nail tech just letting me sit there while she played on her phone and was eating in the back room.
I paid for the nail removal and left. Go to elite nails or happy nails on loop 288 they are way better. This place had 3 nail techs and 2 whole customers and only did one ladies nails. Wow such good customer service! They are lucky they even got $10 from me,never will happen again.
This place is so dirty and the techs that work there have holes in their shirts and look like they are wearing pajamas.

Love it here I drive a hour to come. I'v been going for about 2 years , thay care you are not just a person to them . It does take a minute to get in and out. But worth it. I used to make a hole day of it with my momma and cousin. Now I go with my husband and have a great time. It's worth my time. But if you want to be treated like cattle this is not the place for you. I have always had them stand behind there work.

Went in on Friday to get NexGen nails and my top coat is peeling off, NEVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE has this happened. All my nails are different shapes and different lengths, the powder is caked on like those bubble nails. There's powder glued to my skin, not my cuticle, MY FINGER! It's not even.. my hands look TERRIBLE. I will be going back today for a refund or full no charge repair.
