Anne cut my hair and she was kind but didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I had hair almost to the middle of my back with highlights growing out which were down to my ears. I essentially wanted to trim my hair for the dead ends and to go back to being a natural brown all over. I asked for a cut (trim) and color to fix the blonde highlights that have growing out. I didn’t want to go darker but ended up going darker because of the colors she and the owner mixed together. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it. I had prepared photos of the coloring ideas I had and the layered cut I wanted. When she was cutting and putting in layers... she wasn’t precise and didn’t do any measuring of hair length from one side of my head to the other. Now my right side layers are significantly shorter than my right side. Not happy about that.
This part might just be a force of habit for her but every some minutes she’d say “Okay there we go. That’s good.” Which made me think she was messing up then trying to correct herself.

I wasn't impressed. I don't know WHO is teaching these girls but every place I've gotten my nails done in Idaho they've pushed back and trimmed cuticles without soaking them first and I end up bleeding every time! The girl that did mine was nice and apologetic, but I'm not happy with the manicure either. Its too thick in some places, bubbled, and on a few nails the top coat wasn't spread over the whole nail so the texture is totally different. I wanted to like this salon but sadly, another one bites the dust.

I have been here a couple times. My first experience wasn't great. Brooke did my gel manicure and it was terrible. It was very clumpy. It chipped the next day and my friend had a different stylist, hers was also terrible. The following week we got a pedicure with gel, and we loved it. Marissa did my pedicure, and she did wonderful! She did a great job massaging my feet and legs, along with a great job painting my toenails.

I had the most amazing experience at this salon! I had the very talented Michelle as my hair dresser! She was so patient with me as I went from dark red hair henna to a light, peachy blonde, all the while making me feel so confident and comfortable. There’s never a wait at the door or even on the phone (They race to answer it within seconds!) and they really want to make sure you feel taken care of! My hair looks and feels amazing and I don’t think I would trade Michelle for any other dresser in the whole world!

Michelle was Fantastic!! She was very nice to talk with, she asked me about what I wanted before cutting and made sure I was comfortable with the cut she gave me. She made the experience amazing!! I will totally come back to see her! Michelle is the best and I will recommend her and the salon to everyone I know! :)
