Had my nails done here for the first time - I don’t think I had a better experience! It was clean and my nail technician was gentle and precise! I just wish I got her name. 🤔

The only reason why I gave this one star is so I can write a review in my opinion they don't deserve that. I live very close by and they are convienet, but will never go again. They sneak in hidden fees and act like its no big deal. I tell them I want blue nail polish. She's says is this one OK. I'm like yea I like that color blue. Then at checkout find out its gel so its way more expensive even though I wasn't told this. Also was told they had no large fake diamonds. Also was told they had no burgundy found it and realized she just didn't want to do what I had asked. They also always get up and help others in between doing your nails and someone's pass you along to another person to finish. Really sucks because I don't usually complain and am pretty tolerant I think but after going there for 4 years. I can't anymore. I found a way better salon. Get my nails and toes done for $5 more total then I used to get just my nails done there for. Glamour nails in Elk grove if your looking for a nail place.
