Worked successfully in retail for 32 years catering to all of those that came in front of me. Basic people skills and the manufactures continued education into diversity allowed me to give my customers what they expected as such. My customers were #1 (all of them), never short changed nor denied them, they were paying my salary and they got what they wanted and expected. Shame on Da-Vi Nails for denying this young woman's request and turning her away. Those employed there should not be in the people business. Hope you lose the lease there and those responsible employees put out of work for their ignorance. It's all about putting yourself on the other side of the counter, look back at yourself you and ask how you would want to be treated. EQUALLY I'M SURE.

Shame on you guys for denying service to a customer with a disability. (Cerebral Palsy) Your establishment should be shut down because you don’t know how to treat people. It’s businesses like yours that set us back in AMERICA. We are all here having a human experience and you Deny a customer that doesn’t fit your peticular mold of a valuable customer. Shame on you I hope and pray that this business gets SHUT DOWN! I pray not another soul walks through your doors. THIS business will crumble to the ground. Humble your selves. Y’all have an evil heart and I rebuke every last one of you. Change your heart. Because what you did is a heart problem not a people problem.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. How can you “deny”someone who is willing to pay you money to get there nails done because “they move to much” that sweet girl only wanted her nails done! Shame on you. I hope you never get business. I will make sure that everyone hears about how awful you treat others.

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes with my feet in the water. I took my feet out or else they would've been still in the ICE COLD WATER! They would take anyone who wanted a fill because they didn't want to do a pedicure. I wouldn't even give them one star. Needless to say I waited hour and half while my friend got her pedicure! I will not be back. To top it off my friend got over charged. Save your money.

Mentally handicapped people are just like you and I. Except they dont see the ugly in people. The fact you can deny someone bc they shake to much, bc they're handicapped is so disturbing. Seeing a review on here saying it's not the entire story. Then the owner should make a public statement saying otherwise. Shame on you.
