Horrible--ruined my shoes! i brought in a pair of light brown suede campers to get the soles repaired. they wanted 50$ for it, which I thought was a bit pricey compared to the same service I've had elsewhere. i went to get them back and the soles looked fine, but they polished the boots with a dark brown shoe cream that totally changed the color and texture of my boots. Worst part: when I tried to tell them what they did, the guy argued with me for 10 minutes that they weren't suede or the color I claimed they were when I dropped them off. as though i don't know what color my shoes are, but of course, he does. then he thought i wanted a discount. I just smh picked up the shoes and left. I'll never go back.

They repaired a watch that I love, very pleased with the outcome. They also punched some extra needed holes in my leather belt.

I gotta 1/2 sole one one shoe and I got another stretched so far so good.
