I LOVE this place! I have been going to the owner, Lynn, for almost 20 years! My nails always look fantastic. I get asked all the time where I get my nails done and I'm happy to tell them, "it's the place on the side of Target, Luxury Nails"! Best manicures and pedicures in town. They do every kind of nails and polishes, waxing, tanning and fantastic pedicures with hot stones. And their prices are so reasonable. Excellent for gift certificates too. And also for men! I love Rosie for my pedicure but they are all so nice, talented, patient, CLEAN, and friendly. Highly recommend!

I used to come here years ago because at that time there was one nail tech that I trusted to do my nails correctly. After she left and no one would tell me where she had gone I was left to deal with the other nail techs. I was not happy and had not returned for like 7-8 years. Then one day I come back, I get my nails done and 3 days later, 3 of my nails cracked in the middle. I was horrified. Never has this ever happened. I was afraid of scratching myself fear that another nail would break. I went back to them and they tried to charge me to redue my nails as if it was my fault! I told them no way! Then they tried to sit me with the same technician that did my nails in the first place that caused my nails to crack and I'm like- uh no- obviously she doesn't know what she was doing- and why would I allow her to do my nails again. They then told me that there was no one there that does fill in or repairs nails other than her so if I wanted somebody else, I would have to come back.. Lol.. This is a nail place but no one does nails there other than the "f' up." Uh.. I live in Dallas- I only drive back to East Cobb because they did my nails and they wanted me to come back?
That was my last straw - I stated I would never go back! I went to Lush Nails around the corner and they took me right away! I told them what happened and they charged me 3.00 for 3 nails and asked me to come back! Will do!

I wish I’d read the reviews before I walked in. Absolute worst customer service and I was pressured into getting SNS nails after I turned down several times. I was in a time constraint and ended up having to sit there for two hours. Of course they kept getting told that it was my fault, and that they kept trying to fix things. The manager only checked on me once before leaving, not even before the tech was done. Not only did she not check on me to make sure that I was happy, but she left me there alone with the tech as she was trying to finish closing. I have never been so unhappy with a nail set. I cannot believe that I just spent $74 on nails I want to take off immediately. They don’t look even close to decent or even. Don’t even think about shape or smooth.

Luxury Nails does an excellent job! I have been going to them for 9 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
