The spa itself is nice and clean. I treated myself because it was my birthday and wanted to pamper myself and just enjoy my day. I got facial/mani/pedi package that would last 2.5 hours. No one asked what I was in for and although my treatments were attended to, I felt a little ignored. The facial felt more like a dermatologist appointment—I just felt like I was being reprimanded for not coming in regularly and for not using eye creams to help with my wrinkles (who wants to hear that on their 28th birthday??) — my head was never touched, my temples were never rubbed, and at one point she left the room for 10 min while I had a mask on... so even though it was probably good for my skin it wasn’t what I had pictured as just feeling good. Both my manicure and pedicure were done nicely but I think each foot was massaged for 30 seconds and each hand maybe 15. So, again, It felt more like a check list getting the treatment done to be a good end product rather than being there to enjoy my time which I what I thought I was paying for. The package was not cheap, I was not asked at the desk how things were, and I resented not only paying what I had to but then leaving a tip.

Great day spa with amazing attention to details and great staff. Real high quality ingredients and reasonable prices for the level of service.

I love this spa! Everyone is friendly. I’ve had two seasonal facials here in the past 6 months. They also have delicious fruit infused water.

Been going for facials when I find promotions for a few years. Always excellent! The rooms and changing area are very comfortable.
They usually recommend/ try to sell products.
