I'm surprised that this place has bad reviews. My co-worker told me to check out this place and I did and I am now a regular. The shop is extremely clean (which is quite a rare thing to find in other nail shops nowadays). They are a small nail salon, family-owned which is what I prefer than those large nail salons with a bunch of workers. No chip here is amazing. Tons of colors to choose from and my nails are instantly dry. I took one star off this review because the time I am most available to get my nails done, they are so busy and the wait is long. If they are not busy, you are in and out quick!!

Shop is clean and quite, HOWEVER, they are under staffed and are more focused on making money than giving their client the quality service they pay for. I don't get anything spectacular when I go to nail salons, I'm just a simple girl, I only went here because my mother in law referred this location, let me tell you, I got a simple color change on my feet [it wasn't time for a pedi and I wanted my feet to match my nail] and I also got a gel manicure, [no chip] it was did very sloppy and quick... like my previous color I had when I arrived looked way better than the job the women did on me. She was rushing to get done, I didn't bother to allow her to redo them, Because when I brought to her attention she missed a spot, she got snappy, and I just didn't have the energy to go back and forth. I just know from that day forward never will this place get my money or referrals. They need to fully staff the salon with some experienced technicians and communicate better. This is a great location and has the potential to make great revenue but with the quality service they are giving now I don't see this place lasting too long. Lady's and gentlemen please don't waste your money here, save yourself the hassle, and to the owner please do better.

I went to get a pedicure. The girl took over an hour to get them done. Then the owner charged me almost double for the oedicure because i asked for no chip polish. I have been going to this shop for over a year, and i wont go back. And when i asked why she charged me $20 for no chip polish she got an attitude with me. I simply paid and left. I will never go back

So Ive gone to this salon 2-3 times. The first time my nails were great. I had a fullset done by the lead woman. She was fast and they were well done. The second time they were not too great and now that i went to get my nails done for new years, the guy there did them and the were horrible. He was polite. But my nails were so bad. I asked a for a narrowed square. Sort of like a coffin but not as narrow. He wanted to charge me 3 dollars extra. So i said no. And opted for an oval shape. He layed the acrylic and filed it smooth and then shaped. Once i washed there was one nail that the edge was missing acrylic. Not a huge piece but i noticed and i told him and he just filed the acrylic down to be even. I left after drying upset and after checking them detailed i noticed more and more flaws under good lighting. I had to go home and file and shape them myself and repaint them because a few had lumps from fuzzies that were just painted over. I gave this spot enough tries. I wont be back. I wont be the only one either, two other ladies were complaining about the service they were receiving. I dont usually leave reviews but i payed for service as well as tiped thinking i received good service. Nope.

Man who worked on nails put nochip polish so sloppy it burned gently in UV light and polish I choose was unevenly on sides of my nails u can see it and some of my nails u had polish outside my nail so then I paid, tipped the man and went to my car, looked closer and noticed the gel was hard around outside my nails....went back inside showed li Asian women and she got UPSET! rudely sat me back and man handled my fingers like hated that I wasn't satisfied....top it all she really didn't fix them all she did was put more polish....NEVER NEVER NEVER will I go back their
