I had a gift certificate for $20.00. So I told the guy I wanted French tips he charged me a extra $15.00. He said French tips are $35.00. I know I can go get French tips at Jenny's for $13.00. plus the guy hurt me.

My friend and I went in for a pedicure. She ended up in the emergency room with a staph infection on her toe. Will never go back

The lady that did my feet was all in other peoples business and couldn't focus on doing my feet. She stopped several times which is unprofessional. There was still polish on my toenails and she completely got on my nerves. If I ever come back here she can't do NOTHING to me or for me.

Terrible customer service. I came in to get a fill and had to wait. Meanwhile another customer came in after me, was seated and the nail tech started working on her. If she had an appointment after me and was late it would stand to reason you take care of the customer who was already there. Nope. There were 6 employees, 4 doing pedicures, 1 doing nails and another one who was wandering around. This is just more of the crappy customer service I have come to expect since coming back to Texas. Recommend you go elsewhere to get nails done. Too bad too because I liked the quality of the work, can't stand the totally crappy customer service.
