Staff is wonderful - very professional and extremely accommodating. Very clean and girlie atmosphere - I have done the massages, lashes and spray tan - LOVE IT! Owner Rocks! :-)

I bought an eyelash extension package with the fill in on Groupon. My natural eyelashes where very VERY short at the time and the girl proceeded to go with demo package for my VERY short lashes instead of just rescheduling for the time eyelashes grew back a little. Two days later most of my extensions fell off. I called the spa and they said they’d schedule my next appointment a month in advance so the lashes grow out. Soooo, when I came to my appointment my eyelashes grew long ( after using different serums) and when the girl looked at my much longer lashes she said that I should buy another over $100 package so we can do a session with my new grown lashes. She can’t perform a full session at this time because she didn’t know that my lashes would be this long!! What in the world is happening here?? I spent $110 for a two day “demo” package?? I am so disappointed with this salon! I did not expect this big of a screw over (so to say) AT ALL. I have never written any bad experience response online in my entire life. But this! This deserves some justice.

I went here with a Groupon voucher. My inital phone contact was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My actual experience was so/so. The manicure and pedicure was very well done, but when I walked in, the technician was on a personal cell phone call which she made no attempt to end quickly once she saw me walk in. Other negatives were the uncomfortable pedicure chairs and the fact that the display shelves, etc were very dusty and dirty looking. I'd probably go again if I had a discount voucher but not at full price.
