This place never has any available appointment times in the evening for people who work during the day. You always have to have an appointment or you better forget about getting your nails done. What happen to good old nail shops taking walk ins????
The customer service when you are able to get an appointment here is great. The staff/nail techs are great. But you can never get your nails done due to lack of available appointment times. I would love to be a regular customer here but I can NEVER GET an available appointment time. I'm not begging anyone to take my money to provide me a service. Their loss of money. SMH
Update: I have been able to get appointments sooner now when I call to schedule an appointment.

My appointment was at 615pm. I left 915pm.
All I got was a fill in for my acrylics and a reshape.
The nail artist I had, China, was amazing to chat with but girl I had a long day at work and wanted to go home lol. She took her time and they looks great except she can't do marble, I wish she would've just told me no rather than try to do them because I want to come back in and get these two accent nails redone.
The pricing was good. The salon is nice. The staff are funny and kind.
It just took way too long and the accent nail (I added a picture) came out a lil messed up but I was ready to go home so I just left it alone.
Edit: I just went back on my lunch break to get these marble ones redone after they said I could over the phone and they said no one there could do it and to come back tomorrow. 🤦🏼♀️
I went back and they fixed them for free.. Pretty quickly too. Thank goodness!

I’ve been to this nail salon 3x.
The first visit the nail tech gave me a gel manicure in which I’ve had better but she was pleasant. (The receptionist could have a lesson in customer service however.) In the past 2 weeks, I’ve tried to get a pedicure (literally 10 minutes before they opened and this afternoon) and they either can’t help you( no one can do the service—a gel manicure) or they have hours long waits and even then , you aren’t guaranteed. Others who have a great experiences, I’m jealous of you. They said it’s one of the best places in Tucker, I can never get the opportunity to find out.

I love this place! Emily is my #1 go to! She always listens to my concerns and my needs are always met! Everyone is very personable which is rare these days! I definitely suggest having an appointment

I love this place. I will definitely be back. There's a huge array of color choices and the ladies are super nice. I have a horrid habit of chewing my nails and they didn't say anything bad about it. Just spoke kind words and spoke to me about what she was using and the process. I believe her name was Jesse. I will be back!! Great local place
