Love this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice ladies and gentlemen working here. All the ones I have had take care of me have known what they were doing and did it well. Go in about once every three months. Good place. Good people.

Love this salon! As a male who gets regular pedicures, I like having a regular tech to work with. Cindy does a fabulous job...she's always friendly and very efficient. Submitting this review as I'm getting my pedicure now!!

I have been going to Palace nail for over a year and until today, I have always had a wonderful experience. The person that I normally have doing my gel manicure was off today, so Tom was the person doing my nails today. Normally when the employees start your manicure, they open a pack with the sanitized utensils, but not today. As I always do, I wanted a French manicure with one nail on each hand a different color than the other nails. I informed Tom that I wanted one nail a different color as well as the person who sat me down and assigned Tom as my manicurist. Tom did a terrible job grooming my cuticles, but when I think about it, I guess that I am glad because I don’t know how sanitized the cuticle clipper were. I had to ask several times for his to reshape my nails, I told him that I wanted oval shaped nails and he wanted me to have square. I told him that I wanted the color on the tips to be thicker but did not seem to understand so the color on my tips is very thin and all nails are the same color. When I realized that he had polished all of my nails the same color, I reminded Tom that I had asked him to polish one nail on each hand a different color than the rest, he just looked at me and continued, no sorry, no nothing. I wanted to request that he redo my nails but by this time all I wanted to do was leave the salon. When paying, I told the person that was checking me out that he failed to polish my nails how I had requested, he just said “I told him that you wanted one nail a different color, again, no sorry, no nothing.
Bottom line… I have always had excellent service at this salon in the past, so I will go back one more time in hopes that today was out of the norm. However, I will make sure that Tom does not every do my nails again. My suggestion, if you go to Palace Nails in McKinney and they assign Tom to do your nails, Run Like The Wind.

So very relaxing for a pedicure or a manicure. Lots and lots of nail colors from which to choose. Varied prices and services available. Treat yourself to a complete mani and pedi experience, and pay just a little more for the hot waxes and neck and shoulder massage!

It's a great place. Phillip is the best. Have been going to him for a while.
