Simply put, this place was AWFUL. I received a gift card to UA Nails in Annapolis Mall and chose to get a pedicure. From beginning to end I was in disgust and contemplated walking out. Hygiene score: 0%. Nail technician tools were not sanitary - they used the same clippers, etc. on me as the women next to me. Clutter everywhere, supplies limited, and floors/seats disgusting. I actually felt dirty leaving the salon. Will never go back.
