Even though the staff was nice, I was very disappointed with the quality of work. Started out with her cutting my cuticles too short and making one of them bleed. Secondly, she applied the nail polish unevenly, clumping at the bottom. Both I shrugged off, but then she couldn't/wouldn't do what I thought was a simple pineapple design and she just did a basic flower instead. But my biggest upset was that only four days later, both my pinky nails popped off and I can see another one getting loose so I'll most likely be needing to get them done again in less than a week😭. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location.

Anna and Mya did such a great job with both my sister and I's nails. I suggest image nails salon to those who wants high quality service. Very very well worth my money 😊😊😊

I want to give 4.5 and only take .5 away bc well she was super pushy about glitter lol. I hate glitter and somehow it is on my hand. Otherwise great job

The salon is nice and the ladies are super nice. They got me an appointment right away which was great. The mani pedi was $41 which is a little more than I normally spend. I wish I could get my money back because it looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. They did not dry ever and warped and peeled off in the shower just a few hours later!! So disappointing. She put a lot on and used a little elastic fan to dry them instead of a real quality nail fan. She didn't even cover my whole nail and left space at the bottom of the nail empty. I had glitter on top of white and she left white blank space around the edge... I was almost happy it came off but that was a lot of money for nothing. The hot stone massage was okay but very short.
