I love this place! We have been coming here for many years and are absolutely loyal customers. I love the service here. I get my eyebrows waxed here and my mom gets her pedicure here. She loves this place because they will also take out her ingrown nails. Hurts like hell she says but the lady is so fast it doesn't give her a chance to react. They recently upgraded and they have added new chairs that give you control over the chairs via remote. They also added a slushy machine and it is a very nice addition in my opinion. The place is always very clean and the care is just very good. They are open on talking if you are and if you don't talk then they won't either and it's just a nice comfortable silence. Which is great because my mom is extroverted and I am more of an introvert. I love this place nothing but good things to say. Excellent work ✌👍

I am fairly new to San Antonio. I’ve found this place almost 2 years ago. Thai has always did a wonderful job. I spend $65 when I get a fill mani and a wax and $78 with a new set wax and pedi. However, Thai, was unavailable but the manager was able to do my nails. She does well on my eyebrows so I didn’t mind. She did a terrible job on my nails. One hand was longer than the other and my coffin shape was terrible. I asked her to fix them, and she was upset about it. She has a sloppy job with my acrylic. Bumps. She then, shaped my nails and then but oil on my cuticles. They were full of powder. I am a dedicated customer who spends my money every two weeks here. I will not return. Poor customer service!!

I went to Cali Nails today for my very first time and got a pedi done by Millani! Let me just say that he did an amazing job! He took his time and was very detailed with his work! I will definitely be coming back!

Within 2 hours of getting shellac done for my daughter it was chipped. I did my nails 2 week’s ago somewhere else and not one chip. The place is clean; customer service needs improvement and employees should not be arguing and/or talking loudly while customers are present.

Didn't like the way my nails stayed after removed them. Their breaking and taking long to grow back. Than when my pedicure was done one of my toe was swollen and burned so much where you could see a opening. My sisters nails where not painted fully they where half ass job. For the price i paid could of been better. Just hope next time it's not rushed
