I came in and told one of the nail techs that I was there for a full set. She responded with “Oh let me check my schedule.” They started on the full set. I showed a picture of what I wanted. One of the nail techs spoke her language to the nail tech who started doing my nails and said “No.” I wasn’t quite sure what that meant so I continued to stay. Anyway to make a long story short, I wasn’t greeted, the style of nails I wanted done they said they didn’t do and I was made fun of when I said I requested “short coffin nails.” After I left the salon, the index finger didn’t even have a top coat and I had to go back and ask the nail tech to put it on for me. As far as quality of nails, it’s good. But as for customer service and professionalism I’d give a -10.

Walked in today and was greeted immediately. I got a pedicure and a full acrylic set with gel. My experience was wonderful. Everything was done professionally. This is definitely my new go to salon.

Best bail place in town. I have gone to every salon and hands down love this place. Got in quick they made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and got it done with perfection.

I came here to get baby boomer coffin nails and that's exactly what I got. I actually ended up here after my usual place was packed and I think this might be my new usual. Service was great. My tech (Renae I think? A girl with arm band tattoos) had a great eye for detail and I've never seen someone put so much effort into making sure each nail was shaped best. I paid $60 for the full set including the gel top coat and it was well worth it.

10/10 reccomend them!!! Never been happier with my nails. This time and last time they have exceeded my expectations. Love this place, nest salon in Manhattan!!
