This salon has been the worst service at a salon that i’ve ever experienced. The staff is rude! And their work is just sloppy. They are always understaffed and keep people waiting for hours at a time. If you want great service, good work, and don’t want to have to wait. I don’t suggest that you come here.

I have came to this nail shop for a couple of years since I moved in the area. I have never complained or had problem. I recently went in to have my nails done and I was unhappy with my nails! It was a mistake done on behalf of the nail tech not something that I had done. As I was voicing my complaint in English they kept telling me I was wrong and started talking to each other in their language right in front of me about my problem. Totally rude and disrespectful! Then told me that I could not get a discount, but I could comeback another day and they could fix it. So they think that it’s okay to mess up ur nails and you as the customer should still pay full price for the service! I will never return back to this shop!

Fast. But not as thorough.. The lady forgot to run and scrub my other foot lol. She went really fast. & they are devently priced! Short wait time.

Gerry was very professional and he listened to what I wanted and how I wanted my nails to look! Classy nails are indeed classy nails! Very impressed!!!

I got acrylics done and it looked horrible. The acrylic did not go all the way back to my cuticle and much of my nail was showing. The paint job was also super sloppy. I asked her of she could fix it and she refused and then made me pay full price. I had an event that night and all of my friends immediately noticed how horrible my nails looked. I will not be going back.
