I would love to give them 5 stars!! However, the service is inconsistent. I’ve been going here for over 6 years. I thought my loyalty meant something. I also bring in family and friends. I can overlook a lot and I’m usually too nice to complain. So, when I do it is legit. The complaint was handled poorly and the staff doesn’t seem to care much about customer service. I may consider going elsewhere. 👎🏼 Also, It would be nice to be greeted with a smile.

I have gone here a few times now and I’m very happy to have found this gem. Amy did an awesome job on my nails!!! Everyone loves them, Thank you Amy ❤️

Had an amazing experience with my manicure! It was my first time getting a dip and it came out beautiful. When I went home I noticed that my toes and fingers was a different shade of red which was disappointing because I asked multiple times if the dip color will have the same exact color for the gel pedi. On top of that the girl doing my pedicure rushed through it and I still had calluses on my heels. I used to come to lee spa regularly and it has been two years since I came back . I was looking forward to the visit because I will be moving back to pine island ridge and was going to be a regular again but was extremely disappointed with the service . I am going to stick with my current nail spa .

Favorite nail salon! I heavily work with my hands so finding a place that does them to where the polish won’t chip has been such a challenge. Not only does my polish not chip, but it lasts for over 2 weeks!!! Lu usually does my manicure and he is very precise with how he does them. Overall the environment is extremely clean and gives a relaxed vibe to really enjoy the full experience. Best salon!! Best people!!

I had come in with a broken nail from another salon and found out all of my nails were done incorrectly and the technician helped me so much! He was so polite and helpful and did an amazing job!! Wonderful customer service, I would highly recommend!
