DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SALON!! I have been a loyal customer for over five years. However, the last few chances I've given the salon I've regretted. The customer service is repeatedly terrible! When you walk in you are not acknowledged by staff until you stand there for a while and wait. The nail tech Ivy is extremely rude and sarcastic. It was my first time going to her and she rushed through my entire service and gave me sarcastic responses when I asked a question. The plastic flip flop she gave me rubbed against my toe nail which smudged my polish. When I bought it her attention and asked her to fix it she had an attitude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. I then asked her how long I should sit under the dryer and she responded, "You need to sit for an hour because you can't walk and you mess up your nails". She knew I was sitting at the dryer and was not attempting to walk anywhere at the time. Additionally, she skipped a lot of the steps in my fill in service, cut my cuticle too low resulting in a cut, and cut corners on my pedicure. If customers are paying for a service, they should be treated with respect and professionalism not sarcasm and sub par service.

I've been going to this location for years. Mrs. Kim is the best. She cares about every customer. Wonderful staff plus clean shop.

I been going to Lucy Nails for over 5 years now!! I Love the service..I'm usually in and out. Never have any complaints or problems. Ms. Ivy does my hands and Ms. May does my feet. I Love My Lucy Nails!
If any1 has something bad to say about them, they need to re-evaluate themselves!! Lucy Nails Stays On Point!!!!

Bad customer care service today. I spilled a bottle of nail polish in the store and I received no assistance from staff.
