Me and my friend asked for a normal set of acrylics. My friend got cut 5 times and he painted over the cotton that was stuck on one of her cuts. She involuntarily got a zebra print nail and we both unknowingly got gel. We also have tons of glue under our nails and around them. Both were charged extra for something we didnt ask for. Me 45 her 50.

I wouldn't recommend this salon. They were very impatient with us, and it was the messiest shellac manicure I've ever paid for. He got the gel all over my cuticles!

The females do good but the men are lazy as hell and seem to have very little patience w customers. Absolutely dread coming to this nail salon. Always my last resort in town.

I'd give them no stars. Lol I called to ask if they use low pressure beds and how much 1 tanning session is and the guy was rude and did not understand what I was asking and then said " sorry we're busy and hung up" do not recommend

My first review was 1 star and is below. However, I have upped my review to 2 stars because the actual manager, Cindy, called me the next day, and she redid my nails free of charge. She did a great job and was really nice, and because of her I will try the salon again.
I went in to get a French Manicure in shellac. The manicurist was not friendly and rushed through the job, although I was the only client in the salon. When I got outside into the sunshine, I saw that the white tips did not go all the way to the ends of my nails, were wavy in parts, and my nails were ragged/poorly filed. I was on my way to work so I couldn't go back in right then, but I went back after work and showed them the problem. A different manicurist filed my nails down and put more white on the ends, but, unfortunately, the added white was clearly visible/chunky over the other white. From a distance it's fine, but up close it's really untidy looking. I talked to Wilson the manager, and he said to "try not to pay to much attention to it, and we'll do better next time" - no offer to refund at least part of what I paid - and when I asked them to take it all off and redo it so it looked right, he said they would have to charge me! What?!? I have to pay for their mistake!?!? I will not return.
