I went in yesterday to get my nails done.. the day before they had a 30 minute wait but only had one customer. So I went back the next day, they argued with me because I said explain to me why I have to pay a fill for gel nails 28 dollars and it clearly says it’s 18 on the sign! They said it cost $28 because it’s 5 dollars to take off the gel and $5 to add nail polish. And I never heard of this a day in my life!! I will not be going there anymore and will not refer my friends or family to go there!

I was going there for well over 2 years. I left because the last time I got my nails done the owner got mad at me, so mad he walked away and wouldn't finish my nails when I simply said I wasn't loving the color, could I switch. This was 6 mos ago. I decided to try again today when my regular shop couldn't get me in. I called, asked to come in, and she told me an hour. I get there an hour later, wait 45 mins, only to be told it's going to be another 20. Uhhhh......NO! No apology for wasting 2 hrs of my day. Nothing. I'll NEVER go back!
The reason for even 2 stars.....Jenny. She's the ONLY reason I even gave them a second chance. She's nice, does a good job, and pays attention to detail. The others, simply don't care. Shame......

This place is a great place to get your nails done! I've been looking for a place to get my nails done the way I like them. The people there are very professional and quick with their work. I don't think I will be going anywhere else to get my nails done now! Highly recommend!!

Manager and one worker rude manager gets mad when one voice a complain employees not friendly as if not happy to have customers
