I would like to rave about Hannum Anderson She went above and beyond for my service & for my daughters!
Hannum did my hair and my daughter’s hair she is very talented and so sweet and professional!
She did both our hair and the combo turned out amazing! Definitely recommend! 5 stars all the way!!

I recently went and got my hair cut by faith. My hair was super long and while I wanted to most of my length I wanted some layers and to just feel better about myself. Boy did she deliver. We talked about my goals first I showed her a photo i found as a general idea and off she went. We also chatted throughout my whole service. My daughter was in the chair next to me and we felt so comfortable and taken care of. My shampoo felt great and faith complimented my hair so many times and generally just made it a great experience. I left feeling great about my hair and generally felt better and happy as I left with a promise to be back to see her for further services. Faith genuinely seemed to love what she's doing and seem to have a passion for it. The instructor who came by was also great too! The way he talked to the girls working on our hair and the way he instructed them just again seemed passionate and like they all loved being there. If you want to go get an amazing shampoo and sit in someone's chair who has a passion for what they're doing and have a great conversation while doing my go see faith!!

Got my hair trimmed by Kylie Benton . She not only trimmed it, but corrected the bad uneven haircut I had before. Kylie was very personable and confident in her work. She did an awesome job and I will definitely be back!

I have a black and hot pink ombre. Included is a photo of how my hair NORMALLY looks (prior to my appointment July 5th)
I told them I just wanted a root touch up with the black, and under NO circumstances to touch the pink at all. That I would refresh the pink myself. I do the pink at home, it's easy and way cheaper, but the roots are difficult for me. They assured me they would take every precaution and would not let any black get onto the pink.
WRONG. They did. As soon I pointed it out, and the stylist called her instructor over, everything went downhill from there. And they did not ONCE apologize...instead they gas lit me. They told me they didn't see the problem. That I knew this could happen. That they don't understand what the big deal is.
I left in tears.
This was July 5th. I took these pictures tonight. NOW do you believe me Ogle? I have a GIANT sideways black smear in the pink section of my hair. I am a natural dark brunette so it took a lot of time, money, and effort to lighten the bottom part of my hair enough to make it even capable of taking the pink and having it look vibrant. How am I supposed to fix this now? And YES, they made me pay FULL PRICE for the color. Even though I told them I wasn't willing to pay them for the color after what they did to my hair. I made it very clear that I would pay for the cut, but not the color. Well, they threatened me with getting the police involved. So in the end I paid for it all. I will never go back here ever again. The way they treated me was absolutely horrendous. They made me feel like I was crazy and I was the one in the wrong.
Well, here's your proof ogle. There it is , in plain sight. I wasn't crazy. I understand these are students, but again....the way the INSTRUCTORS and SUPERVISORS treated me was disgraceful.

Hannum took my hair from a mess to a goddess! She was knowledgeable in what was best to keep my hair healthy, while helping me achieve the look I wanted. I would highly recommend seeing Hannum next time you stop in at Ogle Fort Worth.
