Today was my 1st time going to Ritz. It was fantastic! Joanne's massage was perfect. I felt much better after. She is so friendly! I got a gel manicure from Lily. My nails are flawless and I appreciated how personable she was.

This is by far the worst place I have ever been. Perhaps it is random that I received the WORST manicure I have ever received but I am not willing to try someone else. I'm sure this gal either didn't go to school or didn't pay attention if she went. I got the worst cuticle trim and by far the WORST polish job I have ever seen. It is rough to even give this place one star but I had to. Don't chance it people. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Don’t get lashes done here. They have no idea what they are doing and scratches my corneas for two hours only to open my eyes and not even see the lashes!!

HORRIBLE!! They judge u!! Make ur nails crooked and they let ur nails get all wrinkled and they let u go when it's not dry! Horrible condition I suggest to go somewhere else plus it's really expensive!!!!
