Loved my experience here. Great service, had a complimentary drink and loved the results. For my visit, my Mani and pedi was done at the same time so that saved me time. Will be back.

Made an appointment for 1230 for tips with dip powder. Did not leave until 3 pm. Charlie, put on the tips and shaped my nails then said his boss, would finish because she was faster. I moved to her chair where she then started to remove the tips without an explanation because he apparently didn't do them correctly. Very unprofessional. Why would you accept an appointment if there was not a tech available to provide the service being requested? She then proceeded to rush while still accepting new customers even though there were only 2 techs. My nails are very thick and bulky. I will not return to or recommend this shop.
