I would give no stars if there was that was an option. I've been burned by trusting them not once but twice unfortunately the hair extensions they sell are most likely dipped in a silicone bath to create a shield on what the real hair is.. It makes the extension hair feel and look like high end quality hair extensions. Professionals and individuals who have had any real hair extension experience, know that the real test of any good hair and a reputable hair supplier should guarentee and stand by their hair extensions #1. After about 5 washes is when you know if the hair is really superior quality and going to last & be reused again. Their extensions are absolutely terrible. To the touch creates the illusion of silky, shiny hair but washes out, completely drops the performance.
A reputable hair extension supplier company stays in business when they not only sell high quality hair but guarentee that the hair in fact superior. In over 25 years I've never had any supplier or extension specialist NOT guarentee theur products or customer satisfaction. You will only know this after spending hundreds of dollars which is what I did not only once but twice they told me they've never had this issue before as if it never has happened to them. But what are the chances that not only does it happen once but 2x to the same customer... really? come on! The 1st time they promised that it was just a default in it would never happen again. I trusted them and I bought again spending several hundred dollars more & within 2 weeks the hair repeated to do the same thing but even worse. Christine said she's never seen this happen with anyone but now it's happened to me two times. I also only use professional products on my hair and take exceptionally good care of it.
She then said she would do a treatment on it to help it so it would become manageable. It took her 1.5 hours because she could not get a comb through my hair it was so incredibly tangled that she actually told me she had to start removing a bunch of them because she just couldn't get them out. She admitted it was horrible hair & that she was going to take care of it if the treatment didnt work. I would have insisted at that time to just remove them completely but I was getting married within a week.
Extremely frustrating to have this happen once but twice, all the time & energy & cost, going back-and-forth with her and her husband over this issue for 2-3 weeks since the hair was in my head than they charged me for the treatment. OMG. I contacted them after 24 hrs of washing my hair & told her this hair has got to be removed. I did not want to try a 3rd time by purchasing the inferior hair they had. (Who would?) I asked for my $ back & to simply make it right, she didn't want to give me my $ back so I asked to at least offer a store credit for shampoo etc. That would have been a fair compromise & solution.
I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and especially in the service industry that is why I returned I have been a loyal customer for many years but since these new owners have taken over it has gone downhill. It is outdated and so are their extension techniques, Wefts that look like their straight out of the 90's. If you are in hair extensions which they are now trying to establish a business of that more so then the beauty supply they need to have quality products superior customer service, have integrity & ethics. Unfortunately they DO NOT have any of the above! Save yourself the time, aggravation.This is not the way to treat loyal customers and keep a good reputation.
They obviously trying to make a quick buck selling cheap industrially acid processed hair.
When your entire business is determined on the quality of the your hair it is the most important factor in your business This hair was so terrible... My hair literally looked like there were several bird's nests in it, it was completely dried out, out of control, frizzy, extremely tangled and unmanageable. TOTALLY EMBARRASSING, I had to keep it in a bun with a scrunchy until I got it replaced.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION:
The customer service of the owner is appalling! My sister bought me a gift certificate Dec 19th as an Xmas gift. Due to recent unfortunate events (a car crashing through their store) they are very low and mostly out of product. I waited a couple weeks to redeem. Went in and they literally have no mascara, no eyeliner and basically none of the product I had purchased before. My sister went back in today politely requesting a refund. The owner not only abrasively refused but insisted that at some point I would need hair product. (Which I don't use their product nor should be forced to). The owner informed it will still be months before they get new product in. My sister informed the owner that I ended up with a baby from CPS and really don't wear makeup at this point anyways. Owner still declined. I called the owner to speak with her and mentioned her customer service. She immediately became combative and told me I was "Rude". When I told her I was appalled at the way she spoke she then put words in my mouth denying she ever said anything. When I mentioned the baby, she said and I quote "you're not wanting your money back because I don't have the product, you're wanting it back because you "need" it. Wow! First off, I'm a business owner myself, I don't "need" the money. Second as a business professional I would never speak to a client this way even if I didn't agree with the way they were speaking to me. 3rd. My business speaks for itself and I'm not in a position to where I need to harbor $100 from a customer when I can't provide the product or services the certificate was intended for. Lastly...the final remark once the baby was brought up was "so should I just sit here and listen to you whine and cry about your life?!" Again, just wow! I will never step foot into this store. Business owners like this are disgraceful to those who actually take pride and appreciate their customers. No thanks!
