Lily is awesome! She always does a great job and is very sweet and professional. You should ask for her if you plan on trying this place out. Scott always has a smile on his face and ensures that the customer is happy and comfortable. They also have a HUGE selection which is nice. Great place!

Gotta admit, the best customer service I ever had so far around the area for the past 6 years. Store is always busy, but worth the wait. Clean store. Staff and the owner are courteous. They are always happy to fix the nails free of charge within 2 weeks after I call them. They will do whatever it takes to make the customers reasonably satisfied.
On the side note, I have to disagree with the previous review. I never heard of the owner paying 5 bucks for writing reviews. She has too many customers, too busy to worry about paying for reviews.
I highly recommend the shop, you should come and experience it for yourself.

Lilly & Scott are so AWESOME . The whole staff is great. They are so quick to welcome you. I have been going to them with my daughter, my boyfriend, my son, my sister's, and my mother. I will admit if one of the technicians make a mistake because it happens, we just let Lilly know & she takes care of it. They give you up to 2 weeks for your nails to last. I never heard Lilly ask anyone too write a review and she would give you a discount of $5.00. They are ALWAYS so quick to fix a problem. You just need too approach them in a nice way. I love them. AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TOO GO TO THIS PLACE.

If you're going to this salon because of the glowing reviews, DONT.
The owner, Lily, bribes her customers into leaving good reviews by giving them $5 off their next visit.
Lily and Scott are ALWAYS friendly.
That being said, I will not return to this salon. I've been going here for five years, and there have been some times where my nails were not how I liked them, but I let it slide because the technicians were good.
On Sunday, six days ago, I went in with my mother in law to get dipped nails. I was seated right away, and had a technician who rushed her way through my set, only spending 30 minutes with me. In this time, I saw other technicians starting on several other ladies nail, just to push them off to someone else.
The technician I had had left dipped powder all along the edges of my fingers, and did not bother to clean it off. Before I had a chance to address this with her, she had already started working on another customer. Okay, that's fine. When I got home, I noticed that on every single nail, she neglected to dip my whole nail, making them look as if they had already grown out. Once again, this is not how I like my nails, but okay.
On Wednesday, three days after I got my nails done, the entire corner of my thumb nail cracked off. I filed the remainder of my nails down so that they would be even.
This salon gives a two week guarantee on their nails, which is nice. So if you go in there with a problem, they will fix only the nail that is affected. I did not choose to go back and have this nail fixed because if I did, my nails would not match, and that would be even worse than what I got the first time.
I do not mind waiting to have my nails done, but I do not want to be passed between technicians, and I would rather wait longer, if my nails were done correctly. The two week policy would not be necessary if they would do your nails correctly the first time!
My mother in law had two of her nails fall off four days after we were in the salon, and when she called and asked for a refund or a new set, Scott told her that Lily would not allow that, even though we would go back if they chose to make amends, but that if she went back, they would fix only the two that fell off.
Not a good way to run a business.

Lilly is the best one! But everyone is very friendly & it is usually busy so call ahead and book an appointment but if you aren’t able to it is worth the wait! Best dip nail manicures but their pedicures could use some work...wish they had more than 1 pedicure option. But other than that great place!
