Legacy isn't what it use to be. It really depends on the nail technician you get. I went the first weekend the shop was back opened after the Covid 19 orders were lifted. The lady cut me not once, but twice during my pedicure. She put oil on the cut to try stop the bleeding. The pain was so bad I couldn't finish the pedicure. The manager and receptionist just stood by speaking Vietnamese (very unprofessional). As I left, they did ask if I wanted to try another service such as a massage. I declined.

Always a great experience! Friendly and talented staff and technicians. Always start my happy hour here with a couple of vodka cranberries and pampering!

I have been going here for about a year. I loved the service. They always got me in quick and nails looked great. Today, I came in for a quick polish change. I was told $8. Then decided I wanted gel. I asked the price. She said $25. I sit through service and it's good. I go to check out and she says okay it's $41. I asked about the huge difference. She explains $25 on top of manicure price. I get they have prices but I do not like feeling tricked. I would have just got the dip powder if I'd known it was going to cost so much! Really frustrating as I'm a long time customer!!

Ive got to jackie 3 times now for my nails and she is so sweet and does beautiful work. The salon is also beautiful and very sanitary

Waited in waxing room for 5 minutes just so the lady could tell me I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone could help me. 15 minute wait for a quick wax? Last few visits have been terrible. There's a ton of other nail salons and service like this will definitely lose you business.
