Terrible experience. I was seated for a pedicure. After 30 minutes, I finally had to leave. They kept saying they would be right with me, but still I waited and waited. They didn't seem overly busy, but kept walking past me. They started on two ladies who came in after I did. I wish they would have just said they were not going to be able to serve me rather than have me sit there and wait and wait. DO NOT GO HERE!

So I went to this place because my friend recommended them. The first time was great because I had an appointment with Nathan he did a great job! The next time I came one of the ladies up there did my hands and it was terrible very rushed and messy! So the nail came off that day so I went the next day to get it fixed and they were being sooo rude about it. As I was getting it fixed I can hear one of the girls making racial slurs about one of her clients being “too dark”. After getting my nail fixed I left and it broke again. They literally broke about 3 times before I just decided to not go back! Terrible. Terrible.

Felt super rushed the whole time I was there. He only offered me one book of dip colors to chose from and I felt bad that I didn’t like any of them. He did a great job on my nails, but kept getting up and not giving me much attention. Will probably not go back.

This is not the usual place I go but my friend chose this place during a girls outing. We came in for a pedicure and waited over 40 min because it appeared they were short staffed. We weren’t in a huge rush but they made it seem like the wait would be shorter. Once I received my pedicure the scrub, massage, and paraffin treatment was great but I found they rushed through the polish and it looked bad. It was very clumpy and the technician did not apply a second coat or topcoat. I tried to fix it myself once I got home and but it really doesn’t look any better since I don’t have a color that matches it.
