Wish I could give zero stars. Got my eyebrows done they burned my eyelid and when I went back to say something they said that it's because I don't drink enough water(which is false) 😑 they gave me my money back but that's not enough..I'm going to have a mark on my eyelid now I would have been happy with a real apology instead of them telling me it's my fault

Went in due to reading great reviews. Got a basic pedi. Was told it was 25$ and then charged 30$ . Water was a little less than warm. Asked the lady if I could get the temp hotter. She made it luke warm which quickly went cold. Soaked 20ish minutes before she was able to work on me. (So I was cold) No massage only a quick rub of lotion. Bill was $35.

Love the way they do my brows! Mani/pedi was nice but only lasted a few days before it chipped.

Ive been a customer for about 2 or more yrs at apple nails not once have I ever had an issue with their services until yesterday morning 2/7/17.....usually when I go there to soak off my acrylic for a fresh overlay it's $25.00.....not only did an employee there who was in training that I did not know about cut my pinky finger causing it to bleed and making it impossible to soak my pinky nail due to the cut on my cuticle (RT) hand I got charged for the employee mistake....i told the boss at apple nails what had happened she saw the cut on my finger and knew that I couldn't soak my pinky nail in the acetone because it can cause an infection so instead she (boss) took the pinky nail off and decided to charge me an additional $5.00 making the total of my nails $30.00 I asked why am I getting charged an additional $5.00 she (boss) told me she was charging extra to take off the pinky nail....even with her knowing I couldn't soak my pinky nail due to her employee cutting my cuticle I didn't want to argue back and forth about the situation so I paid the $30.00 apple nails is not a bad place but they should care especially the boss a little more about their customers and the services their customers receive....
