Without a doubt, the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. In fact, I can’t really call it a manicure. I cane in with a dip powder set. I wanted to switch to shellac. I wanted to go back to NKY nails, but they were too busy and I had limited time, so I came here. The girl had me soak my hands in acetone for a good 5 minutes. I kept trying to pull my fingers out, so only the nails were in the acetone, but she kept pushing my hands down into the bowl. She then ground off the old color, shaped the nails (went with square first without even asking me) and then proceeded to start putting on the shellac. Didn’t do a thing about the cuticles or smoothing the nail, didn’t even let me wash my hands first. I had to ask for lotion afterward and she was like, “I guess, if you want it.” No cuticle oil, no nothing. I walked out with skin peeling off my fingers. It was only $20 and sure as hell didn’t tip, especially since she was so rude, apparently watching a show on her phone the entire time, but I would have gladly paid more for better service. Now I have to go home and give myself a manicure around the shellac and dead skin.

What an awful place. I normally go to nky spa but they happened to be busy. They rushed me picking out a color. The guy who did my nails rushed through it and kept jerking my hands back and forth. My nails are not even straight. Then I said square round and he thought I only said round and got mad bc I wanted square rounded. Rushed through it. Did a full set in 10 minutes. If it’s done right it takes longer. Will not be back.
