this place sucks, do not go here. the people are extremely disrespectful. I went three times to get my nails done and they all broke just a few days later and not to mention they were very uneven. Also every time they would do my nails they would cut me and wouldn’t even apologize, instead they would blame me for moving my hand away from them.

I have been going to this salon for a year consistently for two weeks I do work a lot so I wasn't able to come in on Jenny's time schedule. i would come in with my family and they would all get Manicures and Pedicures, I used to walk out of there paying almost $200. I felt like i was building a relationship with Jenny so it is what it is. In June I went to get my feet, nails, and eye brows done, as usual. I got gel tips, once I was done I swiped my card, and the machine ran out of receipt paper so it didn't print out. I was ok with that I didn't need a receipt cause I could already see it pending on my account. Jenny insisted because there was no proof of payment, that I need to pay again and come back on the weekend while she was on vacation, because apparently others have cancelled the transaction on her. I couldn't understand this because me and Jenny had a very decent relationship and I had never cheated her in the past and always tipped generously, sometimes $20 a person and when I told her I would not be paying another $95 just because you were out of paper and the machine wasn't setup correctly to reprint them. My husband had to call her bank to get the receipt transaction # because her or her employees had no idea how to obtain that, which was a little scary not being able to handle your finances. I went back to her nail shop a few weeks later and it seemed like that attitude from that experience was still there so I made sure to pay cash. I walked in Jenny was busy I brought my younger child in to get a Pedicure and her attitude was horrendous the entire time I was there, very uncomfortable. Every she asked me a question about my nails or where I last went to get them done. She would speak with her nephew in her language and they would laugh and she would continue to ask me where I had been and why I didn't come to her and why she hadn't seen me in so long. Once all was set and done and Thank God for Ken (I think that's his name, he has a mohawk) he was so pleasant and took some of my tension off of the situation. He cared about the fact that I was pregnant and took really good care of my feet, and made sure I left on time. I was overcharged by Jenny once again and she did a horrible job on my eye brows, which she never does so I could tell it was done out of spite. Will never return again, and if you feel this review was helpful I would suggest you find another Nail Salon.

Ive been here a few times. The last 2 times I’ve visited they are closed. I came one day at 9:30am (they advertise they open at that time) and they were closed. I am now going again because they advertise they close at 9, and ha, closed again.

Today is my second time coming to this nail salon to get a refill with gel. Jenny is an amazing nail tech & she actually cares if your happy when you walk out. I'm a cosmetologist, & a sales associate so I understand what it feels like to get a client or customer to have a personal relationship with you. It's so easy to talk to Jenny because she's human & understands. If your big in customer service, & like your nails to be a specific way, this is the nail salon for you.

The salon is old fashion,the employees are not professional,dirty,the owner is extremely rude and charge you more.So,be careful. !!!!!!! I will not recommend this messy salon.
