My partner and I walked in just over 30 minutes before closing for mani/pedi. They told us it was too late and to come back tomorrow. I'm sure this isn't uncommon, but I was honestly shocked that they'd turn business down.

My wife always comes here to get her fancy nails done. The ladies here are wonderful! They always offer me a hot tea while I wait, and never make me feel uncomfortable or bad for taking up space. I plan to get a gentleman's pedicure, one of these days.
