Never again. I didn't even get to soak for a minute before they came over and started. It was not relaxing at all. My friends were able to soak for 20 minutes. The water was cold and I asked for it to be warmer and they wouldn't. The message chairs barely worked. I was not impressed whatsoever. I will go to Victorian next time where I get my money's worth.

I'm a regular customer of Lovely Nails and I can't speak highly enough of their quality and customer service. As I read through some reviews that mention technicians on their cell phones, I really can't imagine we were at the same place. I've never seen that occur. Everyone has always been very customer-focused and friendly and I frequently get compliments on my nails from folks who go to other salons.

Lovely Nails was the WORST nail salon I have been to in Winchester. To start, there were barely any colors to chose from for your manicure. I had to wait on a staff member to finish her own manicure before being served. I asked for the full set of pink and white nails and the woman forgot so she gave me a full gel set that I did NOT want. To try to make up for giving me the wrong service, the woman offered me free nail art. She smudged the nail art and even acknowledged her mistake in front of me but did nothing to fix it. Then she charged me for the nail art!! She did not ask me how long I wanted my nails nor what shape I wanted. Worst $40 I have ever spent. I would not recommend any nail services from Lovely Nails.
