I had an excellent experience there two weeks ago. I had a great style and cut by Krista. Reasonable pricing too. I would recommend this shop. Very clean, full service and very upbeat. I am a snowbird but will return next year.

DO NOT PICK EDEN SALON AND SPA FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY!!! Almost $300 wasted and had to fix my own hair on my wedding day!!!
I’d like to begin this review by stating that I called Eden Salon and Spa today and spoke to the owner to give them a chance to make this right before leaving this review but after speaking with Lisa and receiving not one apology I feel this review is completely warranted.
I live in Nashville and got married in PCB I chose to get my hair and makeup done after seeing photos of the work Eden did on Instagram. Because it was a destination wedding I was unable to do a trial run, something I deeply regret now!
I called to make my appointment several months in advance(Sept. for my June wedding) but called a few weeks before to make sure everything was in order. The bridal appointment lady had “never heard of me and didn’t have my paperwork” I thankfully had the email I had sent them and immediately asked to speak to a manager (I was never allowed to speak to one and one never called me back as they assured me they would) The bridal appointment lady finally squeezed me and my mother in law and bridesmaid in but acted like she was doing me a favor instead of just being humble and admitting they had made a mistake. This should have been my first clue to RUN!
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and showed up on the morning of my wedding day Shauna did my mother in laws hair and it looked like a scene from steel magnolias.....she then bagan on my makeup which was fine but nothing like the photos I showed her. I wanted a gold shimmering eye and she gave me a gray dark eye (with brown eyes for my beach wedding?!?)
We then moved on to hair I show her several pictures of updos that have volume on the top and thick looking low back buns. My first concern was that she used no products on my hair except hairspray and a very small curling iron. I have very thin hair but tons of it so you can get volume if you use volumizing products and larger curling irons. She started the first updo and I was very unhappy with it and let her know it was very flat on top and the back wasn’t as full as I would like it. I showed her the pictures again and asked her to make it more full. She tried again and still used no products in my hair and it was somehow more flat than before she kept trying to push my hair up and bobby pin it instead of actually using a product on it. After the second time she attempted to fix it and it looked worse I just asked her to leave it down and I was ready to go. Shauna then told me I “wasn’t communicating with her” I had shown her 4 pictures of the same hairstyle I’m not sure what else she expected me to say to help her better understand what I wanted. I left without an updo for my wedding but was still charged the same amount for an updo. I paid her directly because she said all stylists have their own card machines. I went home and fixed my own hair and makeup on my wedding day yet still charged $300 for subpar service.
When we got back from vacation I called the salon to let them know about my poor experience and to figure out what I could do about being charged for an updo I never received. The owner Lisa told me that I shouldn’t leave a bad review on Eden Salon and Spa because Shauna the stylist just rents a space there and doesn’t reflect the salon......WHAT?!? Not an apology, not a what can we do to make it better but.....she rents her space so we can’t help you??? Where in the world are you not responsible for the people you employed? Where do apologies not come before please don’t give us a bad review?!? Please whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

In town for a few weeks I decided to risk going somewhere new in a town I didn’t know. I wanted a full change with length and color.
Eden staff were friendly! And Krista went above and beyond to create a whole new look that I wanted!! Great experience and will return if ever in the area again! Highly recommended
