Overall very poor customer service. Made an appointment and still waited 35 minutes for someone to service me, while they accepted walk-ins while I was still waiting(which has happened before at this location). Once the individual who was doing my nails began polishing the first one, I realized I didn’t like the color and requested a new one, and she was very rude and disrespectful about changing the color. Overall very poor experience, this salon provides great services but they are losing customers because of their poor customer service and poor attitudes. Will not be coming back.

I have frequented this establishment for many years with my future daughter in law and was for the most part pleased with their service. I gave a gift certificate to my sister for a pedicure and recommended them to her. My sister waited for 90 minutes in a spa chair to be serviced and then the owner was inattentive during her pedicure and was rough with her during the encounter. My sister paid for the service and the owner got into a verbal confrontation with her and threw the tip back at her. I am appalled that this happened to someone that I recommended a salon to AND gave a gift card for services to for a relaxing time. They have lost my business.

This was my first time coming here and I had a great experience. I received a pedicure and they went way above my expectations. It had been about 2 months since my last pedicure so I needed a little TLC. My lady was nice and really took her time. My toes look great and feel even better. I will definitely be returning

I just got my nails done with Shellac polish on 10/2/20. They are already peeling off. They charged me $35 for a manicure with gel polish. I had a basic manicure with gel polish. No extras. It's a rip off. Don't waste your money. I don't know how to post a picture otherwise I would.
