Making an appointment at this salon means nothing. I called to book in - scheduled for a mani and pedi because I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. When I arrived for my appointment there was 3 people waiting and she told me they were too busy to see me. I told the owner I had called to make an appointment and her excuse was that when I called they weren’t busy, but now they are. Seriously!? I’ll never go back to this place. Honour your appointments or don’t make them in the first place.

It was my first time at Signature Nail Salon. I was able to get an appointment quickly! The service was excellent, the salon very clean and friendly. I only wanted the basic service of pedicure and manicure, but they offered much more to those who want more. And their prices were very reasonable! I will make this my regular place!
