Drove all the way here after work from Chesterfield in rush hour traffic to be turned away. I was told by the lady at the very first station, they were "about" to be too busy to service me. It appears they may have had that one bad experience with a customer so now they refused to service them all, judging off the predominant clientele seen after I took a look around. Every customer's dollar is valued the same, I don't know when these business owners/managers will ever get that! Thank God for this day in age, to put businesses on blast. Some may turn their noses at this opportunity, I truly don't care. Its very helpful to the PAYING consumer! Just to know they've ascertained to turn certain clientele away is enough said for me. I have had too many experiences like this and it's ridiculous.

I've been a customer for a couple of years and have had to wait more than a couple of hours before but today took the cake. They kept taking people before me who had "standing appointments" you could tell they didn't want to be bothered with me and a couple of other people and they felt it too. I will NEVER GO BACK to that place again.

VL salon is great, very friendly atmosphere. Clean shop and the newest nail innovations. Lily I love my powder polish! Thanks again

Wonderful! That is what this place is. I have been getting my nails and brows done here for the last five years and I'm always happy with the results. The work is superb, the salon is very clean, the staff is friendly & fast with some really cute ideas and the prices are not high. I'm always seeing lots of new kinds of polish, embellishments or special effects I want to try for my nails. I would recommend getting yourself an appointment because even though they do take walk ins (because they do quality work) they are always busy. They take appointments Monday-Thursday (along with walk ins), but on Friday-Saturday they only take walk ins and they are closed on Sundays. I would recommend getting an appointment or getting there when they first open. The job they do is well worth it!

I've been going there for 5 year's now and I will never go anyplace else. People there are so friendly and they do a great job.
