The staff there are really great especially Chau and Mimi. The manager leaves a lot to be desired though especially when you have a problem that has happened because of their equipment not working properly or kept up to standards. The manager doesn't want to make things right for the customer. Not good business practice there Mr. Manager.

The salon was crowded when i went there but i got in right away. im not sure if its supposed to hurt when the nail tech takes your acrylics off but when i got mine off it hurt. then when he put the primer on it burned the side of my natural nail. although the guy did an awesome job on my nails. 40 dollars was worth it. OK update. i was taking my acrylic nails off and i now have a cut on the side of my pinkie and it ripped off some of my skin. im gonna have to put this on the guy who did my nails because he did a horrible job puttting the set on.

This is my second visit, I am impressed with LA Perfection!
My nails and pedicure looks great.
Definitely will be visiting again and they are inexpensive.❤

I used to go to this shop whenever I come home to visit my parents. The last time I went one of the male techs kept going back and forth with me about getting gel polish. He just couldn't understand why I didn't want it. I finally said are you going to pay for it and he left me alone. There are plenty of nail shops in NJ that NO ONE HAS to deal with their horrible customer service and RACISM! Spend your money where you are treated with respect and your business is appreciated.

I went there to get 2 of my nails repaired. I already had a French gel manicure, I just needed those two fingers repaired. For 2 of my French gel manicure fingers to be repaired, the cost is $5. My card was charged $102 . This happened in October of this year and my money still haven't been reimbursed. Small claims court here we come. I'm not posting this to stop people from going there because the service there for me have been good up until October of this year. I'm posting this for people who pay with your credit cards to check your statements. If I would not have checked my statement online I would not have known they got me.
