I Went there on my birthday, and had amazing service. I got a full set of acrylics and they look amazing. I definitely recommend as the prices are low and the quality of services high

I've been here twice now, the first time was awesome. I got a gel mani that was perfectly applied and lasted weeks, however my sister got another technician (mi-mi) and hers only lasted about 5 days before it bubbled up, it also was really lumpy from the begining. The second time I went Mi-Mi was my technician. And I had the same issues as my sister.
*she even left a hair in my polish and put it under the lamp.
*also my cuticle was nipped pretty badly and bleed for a bit after the manicure.
I had to laugh a little at the end, the manicure was so sloppy it was comical. But Mi-Mi was really nice and friendly during my manicure so I would have felt bad complaining.
Overall
This facility is clean, the employees are friendly, and some do an excellent job it really does depend on who you get. I strongly recommend the young small woman, she sings and jokes as she works and does an amazing job.

Second time here. I wasn't impressed the first time, I felt like a bother to the lady doing my nails. My nails were very uneven, and different lengths. The Polish was all over my fingers. I thought I would try a second time. I brought my 4 year old in and lone behold I got the same lady. I told her I needed a full and my daughter wanted her nails and toes painted with gel. She laughed at me and said she was too young for gel. We get gel for a reason, it lasts longer. She's a kid and plays hard. If I use regular polish, it's coming off the next day. I felt we were a bother again. She got into an argument with her teenage daughter and was literally fighting over a cell phone, pulling it from one another's hands like children! So unprofessional. A fill for me and finger paint (not manicure) took almost 2 hours. She was very slow, which I can typically appreciate since slower typically means better quality, not in this case. I'm disappointed with my nails again. My daughter's flower design doesn't look like a flower on one finger. $60 was too expensive for what we got. I can go to Iris for $20 less and much better quality. I believe it's just the particular lady who did them, I don't think they are all bad. I wasn't offered any design as she was rushing through mine to get to the next person. Frustrating when you spend a decent amount of money for a service. I won't be back, sorry modern nails.
