Had an appointment and they kept me waiting 15minutes after my appointment. Showed her pictures of what I wanted, she told me “no” to several things and said it wouldn’t look good. Didn’t get the colors I wanted. The nails were pretty and quality was good, but I didn’t appreciate not being able to get what I had in mind for a very special occasion.

Been so long since I got a pedicure. What a nice way to return to self-care. This joint is on Michigan Avenue, right next to Chicago Athletic over the Bank of America. It is a bit dug into the building but once you find it, you’ll be so darned glad you did. The view from the pedicure chair (Millennium Park) was on point and allows the client to just drift off. My pedicure is beautiful and has been for the past 3 weeks. The technician (forgive me for forgetting her name) was so personable, so fun. A clean space, distanced clients and I was able to pay via Zelle. You’d think finding a good place for a mani/pedi is easy in a city the size of Chicago but it ain’t. Find a clean, friendly, affordable and really good nail salon and you stick to it like y’all be sticking on falsies (side shade). I’ll be back for sure.

Best manicure I’ve ever had. This woman is awesome. I got a pink ombré and she recommended the ballerina shape and it turned out great. She’s nice, intelligent, and easy to talk to. Overall it was a really pleasant experience. I wish I lived closer so I could come here every time

Caitlyn does a fantastic dip manicure. Not only does it last long, but my real nails are strong and healthy underneath. If youre looking for reasonably priced dip nail spot in the loop, this is it!

Love the environment. Very welcoming. The energy is great ALL the time. My nails are always flawless.
