Hit or miss… I have been and they do amazing. They are quick but not rushed. There is one girl who’s station is in the corner by the pedicure area and she is AMAZING. I am not always able to get her. But also, I have been several times and it always feels rushed. They move so quick that there has been a couple times they have used a tool on my hands and nicked my skin and made the skin around my nails bleed. I’ll do a color with glitter on top and there have been clumps of glitter in one area of the nail and very little on another area. Not very spread apart.
They’ve also messed up the shape of my nail before.

I’ve always gone here for the past 7 years and this past Saturday, November 20, 2021 will be the last time EVER! I went for a fill in, I was telling the b**** what I needed and while I was talking, she turned and walked off before I finished. Obviously there were two nail techs available and no one even asked to take me. While waiting, someone walked in and got immediate service. I gladly walked out for good! The attitudes of these non citizens!

I came here to get a set removed and French nails done. The guy I had didn’t like the fact that I had acrylic already on and he started to rip the old acrylic off using a nail. I saw how he was damaging my one hand and hurting me in the process of removal. He didn’t seem to care. My favorite technique that he used was taking a cuticle cutter and using it to pull a whole nail off which he didn’t get to complete Bc I pulled my hand away due to the pain! After ripping off one set of nails, I asked him to soak the other and he states no Bc it takes too long and ripping them off is easier.. it’s your job to satisfy the customer whether it’s gonna take longer or not shouldn’t matter I was paying you either way!! He proceeded to rip my other nails off and even tried to use the cuticle cutter to take them off after I told him it hurts! He completely ruined my nails! I will not be returning to this place because it took me so long to fix my nails and he ruined them! I shouldn’t of even paid the $10 removal fee! Wasn’t what I wanted at all!

I have been coming to Envy for a long time and my first experience getting SNS nails on my natural nails was awful. My service was done on last Wednesday and they starting chipping on Saturday so with the weekend being very busy I had no time to go back so I called the salon no answer. I went to them on my lunch break to see what they could offer me as a discount or just fix my three nails and the son of the owner tells me that they can’t honor that and I would have to pay. I am a kind person and don’t get out of character but please watch out because some nail salons are not what they claim to be. All I wanted was just fix three nails and no customer satisfaction was even offered.
