I have been a customer here for over 12 years. There have been many changes of ownership, but I have always come back. Today I came for a massage. The masseuse, Sandy, was lovely and gave a very good massage. However, the system that plays music in the rooms is not working. What this meant was that it would play one song, then half of another song, stop abruptly in the middle of the second song. Then there would be silence for about three minutes. Then the loop would repeat, the first and half of the second songs, then silence. Over and over and over. I asked the therapist to change the music or turn it off, and she was apologetic. She said that she had no control over it, and that it had been like that for awhile, driving everyone insane. I actually had to stop my massage and get up in the middle of it because I couldn't take it anymore. It was the opposite of relaxing. I spoke to the receptionist, who was very nice. She called the owner who refused to make the situation right with me. So, a 12 year customer just had to pay for an experience that was so horrific that it had to be stopped. What a shame.

Everyone is nice and welcoming. I've been dealing with this salon and most of the staff for many, many years! My go to nail tech is Scott. Always a quality experience for me!

Had an amazing experience at this spa. My best friend bought me a gift package for my birthday called the Around The Spa, it was such a nice present! I felt like a Queen being catered to and the people that work there are so Nice!

My husband gave me a gift card for this spa for our anniversary so i got a facial done and i loved it! very professional and the products they use are top of the line all natural and also have organic products! My new go to spot for my skin regimen
