The only reason they got this one star is for me to post this statement they need no stars. Me and my daughter was recently here and our gel polish bubbled and came off in less than 24 hours I reached out to them about a refund and they refused to give one. All of they polish is old and put dated as well as the shop never will I ever again stop here. Save ya money and your time a fresh out of school tech will do better this was completely unacceptable work and services

My eyebrows are fine and thin, she’s the only tech that can do them and make them look fuller without taking half my eyebrows off. I bypass hundreds of salons to go here just for that reason.

I asked for coffin or pointed nails. Repeatedly. Twice before, twice during, and then again when I realized she wasn't doing it. By the time it was too late she started saying "Square looks better, I like square better, its prettier".
I was very upset because I model, and these runway shows have EXACT SPECIFICATIONS for what they want done to their models. I tried to stay positive, but bc of simple nails I was prohibited from walking in the show and getting paid. Please please, just give the client what they ask.

I have been coming to this nail salon faithfully for the past 3 years and Jon (man that does my nails) NEVER EVER lets me down, it's a great time every time I'm there. they do great work, the lady that works here (owner) snatches my brows and understands what it means to have "medium" brown and NOT thin.. I'll never go to a different place as long as they're in business!
